Appearance

Krisr has the light, muscular body of an acrobat, even though he is quickly growing into manhood. His black hair flops comically into his eyes, usually on purpose, and his eyes are a muddy gray color that seems to sparkle when he is in a good mood. When he is entertaining, he is dressed in some of the most garish outfits imaginable, complete with curly-toed shoes and a jaunty feathered cap. When traveling, his clothing is more practical, and often composed of several layers.

Personality

Upon first glance, Krisr is one of the most capricious and lighthearted people you will ever meet. He is constantly making jests and singing his outrageous ballads. He is quick to laugh and try to lighten any situation, even when it may be considered inappropriate to do so. He often uses his jokes and tricks to hide his own fears or shortcomings. Out of the public eye, however, he is more serious, and when his friends are in trouble, he can buckle down and aid them. Just when you think perhaps he is maturing, however, he will go back to his foolish ways and erase the very idea.

History

Krisr did not have a happy childhood. He grew up as a street urchin, working whatever jobs he could do for whoever would hire him. Those jobs included petty theft and distractions, as well as his current position in entertainment. He lived in a world where he could be owned and treated like filth by those richer and larger than him, and as a result, he has a deep resentment of those who are cruel and dominating. He often has nightmares about his past, but he tries to shrug them off the best he can and get on with living. Around the age of thirteen, he was rescued from a particularly abusive employer by Indyana. He followed her on her adventures for a time and learned that there truly were decent people in the world who would help others without expecting anything in return. After that, he went to work in Plativa, at more respectable taverns. Soon, his path again crossed with Indyana's, and he ended up bonding with his Bishel Dragon, Raina Lynn. With the friendship of good people and dragons, Krisr is overcoming the trials and scars of his earlier life and is on his way to becoming self-confident and strong.

Ahh, yes, of course you want to know more about me? Who wouldn't? I'm unbelievably handsome, oh so stylish, and available... well, not really, but you can ogle and beg all you like. Now, seriously, you have to visit my friends as well. Stop by Dracstan's and poke at his mane. He loves that. Oh, and don't forget, I'm here every night until spring, so stop on by, pull up a chair, and listen to the most magnificent ballads known to men and dragons alike. I promise, it's an experience you won't forget!"
